Department of urban renewal
The urban renewal activity in Nachmias Group
operates under a designated department for
urban renewal and is managed by the
department’s headquarters, which coordinates
the overall processes from locating the projects,
the examination of their sustainability and
planning, to the contact with the current
residents and the care of all the issues involved in
such projects. The management and business
methodology of the urban renewal department
has made Nachmias Group one of the only
companies to execute a housing project that
includes 846 apartments in the Palm Towers
project overlooking the sea in Ashdod. The
project includes five towers with 29 floors as part
of the first Pinui Binui project in Ashdod, which is
one of the largest scale projects in Israel.
Execution department
The execution companies Bar Yam Execution and
Construction (2003) Inc and K.26 Execution and
Construction Inc have the C5 classification (the
highest construction classification in Israel) and
are private companies of the C. Nachmias Group
for Entrepreneurship and Investment Inc, owned
by Claude Nachmias. The execution companies
execute all of the Nachmias Group projects in a
wide array of impressive and complex projects:
luxurious neighborhoods, towers rising up to 160
meters (among the tallest towers in Israel),
elegant boutique buildings, as well as commercial
centers and high-end offices. The group’s main
