Nahmias Holdings – K.26 Yahalom Yitzhak Ltd. serves as the holding company of the Nahmias Group, consolidating all of the group’s assets, including income-generating real estate, land reserves, commercial centers, office buildings, and projects under development across Israel.

Nahmias Partners – Nof Iruni Entrepreneurship Ltd. is the entrepreneurial arm of the Nahmias Group, responsible for identifying real estate opportunities and advancing new residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Israel.

The company leads all stages of the development process from land acquisition and feasibility analysis, through architectural planning, permitting, and marketing, to the final handover of the property.

Nahmias Construction 26 is a G5-classified construction company specializing in execution works within the real estate sector. It is a subsidiary of the Nahmias Group, a privately owned company led by Claude Nahmias, with over 30 years of experience in development and project execution.

The company is currently involved in multiple projects, ranging from residential buildings in Tel Aviv to a beachfront hotel in Ashdod. Recently, it acquired land in the “HaElef” (1000) complex in Rishon LeZion.

Nahmias Construction 26 also provides construction services to other development companies. Projects completed and underway include “Helsinki” and “Marina” in Petah Tikva.
